In this video, we are going to learn how to say and write "Hello Everyone!" in Chinese!



Nǐ hǎo! We're going to learn how to say "Hello everyone!" in Mandarin.

First, everyone is made up of two characters, "dà" and "jiā"

The first word is "dà", and it means big!

This is how you write it.

大

The second word "jiā" means family. 

And this is how you write it.

家

Together, "dàjiā" means everyone. 

Now add just the word for "good", "hǎo", at the end to get "dàjiāhǎo"!

Now you know how to say hello everyone, "dàjiāhǎo", in Chinese!
